Center of Transformative Leadership (CTL) respects your privacy and is commited to keeping your data safe when you visit our website, as a customer of our services and as a participant in any survey we provide.


What counts as personal data?

Personal data is every form of data and information that alone or in combination with other data can directly or indirectly identify you as an individual. Examples of such are name, mailing address, email adress and network IP.

Who is responsible for managing my data?

CTL is responsible for collecting, processing and the use of any personal data relevant to operational aspects and maintenence on transformleadership.no. We comply with the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data. We do not share any information about our visitors without the written consent of the concerned part.

Data security

Our solutions are designed to secure your information from unauthorized access and use. All information is stored on servers behind secure firewalls. SSL encryption is used for data transfer between server and browser. For customer specific services, regulations for managing data will be addressed through contract.

Transparency and archiving

Visitors have the right to access whatever personal data we have stored about them. As well, any customer and client has the right to access the information we have stored about their organization. Customers and visitors can require that we delete any personal data stored on our servers. When archiving data, all information is anonymized. Archived data is stored indefinitely and used only for research and marketing. Filing time varies by type of data and purpose.

Processing various types of information

The information we collect about our visitors can be categorized into three groups: (1) General site data, (2) Newsletters and contact forms, (3) User surveys.

 

1. General site data

Cookies

Transformleadership.no uses cookies to map user behavior and statistical patterns that provide the basis for further development of our services. Cookies are stored in your browser. By visiting our site, you consent to the use of cookies. You can change the cookie settings in your own browser to block all or a selection of cookies. Google analytics

We record general user information through Google Analytics. This software generates statistics that give us an insight into how many people visit our pages, their duration and what geographical area they come from. We do not store any data from Google Analytics locally, but we store and keep record of internal reports on average traffic and the like. We do not have the opportunity to make exceptions to individual visits, and we consider it your responsibility as a visitor to prevent (if desired) such information from becoming part of our user statistics.

2. Newsletter and contact forms

All of our visitors may choose to provide us with contact information (names and e-mails) by signing up for newsletters or by using the contact form on our websites. Contact information is automatically stored indefinitely and used for the purpose stated on the page in question.

You can unsubsribe from our newsletter by following the link at the bottom of our newsletter updates by email, or using the existing contact form on our website.

3. User surveys

CTL is a provider of surveys aimed at mapping collective meaning making in social systems. Data collected through this type of research is used for system level analyzes for clients and for research. Data recorded is the participant’s voluntarily shared narrative related to personal experiences, the participant’s own analysis, and demographic data such as age, gender, and size of workplace. Periods of collection as well as access to surveys and data sets will continue as long as deemed necessary by the responsible contractor or by contractual agreement with each customer. Upon completion of collection and analysis, data is anonymized and archived for further use in research and marketing.

Transformleadership.no (website) is owned and operated by the Center for Transformative Leadership AS (CTL). The rights to any material on the site, including but not limited to software and source code, files, illustrations and data are the property of CTL. Software and source code associated with the site are protected by the Copyright Act. Mentioned materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished or otherwise reproduced or transmitted without the prior written consent of CTL. The site is equipped with images and illustrations approved for free use by third parties.

The current licensing of material on the site will be indicated by marking with the license code and license symbol. If no marking is provided, the specified material and the right of reproduction belong only to CTL and/or any (named) authors.

CTL accepts use of pointers to www.transformleadership.no in any reasonable way from other websites and via social media.

  • By using the website, you agree that CTL may process, store and contact you using information you have registered in the contact form or newsletter registration form. The information will only be used by CTL and will not be able to be sold or transferred to a third party, unless otherwise provided by law.   • By participating in surveys via the website, you consent to CTL processing, storing and compiling the information you record.
  • If information registered via contact form or newsletter sign-up is to be used for other purposes, user consent must be obtained in advance. CTL undertakes to process information collected or recorded through the website in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
  • CTL can compile registered information and traffic on the site for statistical purposes. Information in such cases will be anonymized.
  • Some links in the portal may lead to sites that are not maintained or otherwise controlled by CTL. CTL assumes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the information presented on these pages.
