Skill Training Practice

Learning new knowledge and skills works best when applied in meaningful contexts. Our training programs integrate the intrinsic value of micro-learning in real life situations with essential skill domains for a greater leadership practice.

We are creating training programs for a new generation of leaders. We build blended, multi-modal courses based on the integration of theory and practice in the fields of leadership, dynamic skill theory, adult development and motivational psychology. This combination enables a methodical approach that combines “just-in-time” practices targeting needed leadership skills with the longer-term development of your professional self.

Our courses develop fundamental leadership skills. The primary focus is towards practical skill aqusition for making good decisions in VUCA environments (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous). We use a learning model that is surprisingly simple, but yet astonishingly powerful and challenging to master. The skills include clear communication, working with perspectives, collaborating with others, contextual awareness, decision-making processes and complexity of thinking.

We want learning leadership skills to be fun and effective. We combine human-focused design based on motivational psychology with dynamic skill theory and pedagogy in our designs. Our courses use blended learning, combining face to face or virtual meetings and individual mentoring with work on a digital learning platform. Participants will encounter a carefully designed range of informational and practical resources such as videos, literature, exercises and more.

Our goal is to support people in developing their leadership capacities. More importantly, we provide experiences that spark a love for learning in our participants. As a result, you do not have to be a formal leader to benefit from our courses. The skills we teach are also applicable to leading your own life and being a better person in all aspects of life. Our main requirement is curiosity and a willingness to be surprised!
